        Refurbished Monument Sign

Skidmore Sales & Distributing is a leading distributor of ingredients for food processors and manufacturers. This family-owned business has been around for over 50 years. Companies that have a long history often have a challenge of “keeping up with the times”. They don’t want to look old and outdated or they will lose their customers to someone who looks like they have the latest and greatest equipment and efficiencies. Even though this may or may not be true, a company’s signage portrays an image of it being innovative and up with the times or outdated and behind the times.

The management at Skidmore is aware of this and came to Cincinnati Custom signs for an update to their signage. Their signage was in fair condition but was showing some age and some fading. They were also in the middle of upgrading their logo and their interior signage.

Cincinnati Custom Signs proposed a new face change along with some new paint for the monument sign. We used a powder-coated face made with .063 aluminum and applied vinyl to the face that produced a bright and clean look for the sign. We also painted the base of the monument sign with an oil-based paint.
