These signs not only guide visitors but also symbolize the vibrancy of the space, which will soon feature anchors like WAWA and McDonald’s, alongside a variety of other shops catering to everyday needs.

Simple, Enduring and Effective Monument Sign

The design of these monument signs is a blend of durability, aesthetics, and functionality. Each features a sturdy brick L-shaped base, providing a timeless, grounded appeal that harmonizes with the surrounding architecture. Rising from this foundation is an illuminated aluminum cabinet, engineered for high visibility day and night. The illumination ensures that the shopping center’s name, “Mt. Carmel Crossing,” shines brightly, drawing in commuters and locals alike from nearby roadways. We prioritized weather-resistant materials to withstand the elements, ensuring longevity in an outdoor setting.

Construction Site Planning and Execution

What made this project particularly rewarding was the timing and collaboration. Mt. Carmel Crossing was still under construction when we installed these signs, allowing us to integrate them seamlessly into the site’s evolving landscape. We partnered closely with Unicorp, the general contractor (GC) overseeing the build. Their expertise in large-scale developments complemented our sign fabrication skills, resulting in a smooth process from concept to completion. Regular site visits and coordination meetings helped us navigate challenges like ongoing construction activity, ensuring the signs were positioned optimally for maximum impact.
